Falls Church Farmers Market Chef Demonstration brings local Washington DC area restaurants into the Falls Church Farmers Market to develop recipes using the local and seasonal products showcasing the bounty in the mid-Atlantic region and to highlight the importance of eating local season food for the health of our environment, economy and ourselves.
 
At each demonstration, the chef prepares 2-3 dishes over a two hour period and answers questions of the prepration and any modifications participants may want. Tastings and recipes are available throughout the morning.
